How Can Sores And Cuts In Mouth After Quitting Tobacco Be Treated?

hi am male 35 years ...i ve quit tobbaco .... its been 20 days

i do use another panmasala which is without tobbacco and i am having cuts and sores that comes and goes very frequently. please advise i ve been to my dentist he say there is nothing to worry if they are healing ones i ve been to ENT as well please advise

First, stop the actions that are causing the irritation or it won't heal. Then, a normal diet with vegetables, Externally only, you can use an antibiotic creme such as neosporin. Alum powder does scar the inside the mouth cuts and probalby speeds healing a little. As you know, they heal fast on their own; it's mainly not getting any new ones.
