How Can Speech Disorder In A Child Be Treated?

I have a son who is 5 years old. At first he has suffering from speech problem then I connected speech therapist doctors but they said every thing is ok but you more talk with your child. After then he says some word & now he says everything but some word not pronounciated properly. Now He says & write everything at house but he could not attend any thing at school. Since 1 years my son s mam complained me about this matter. But I have not solved above this matter, So I connect with you. Please give me advise above this matter & oblige.

There can be various issues for the child speech disorder as Autism spectrum disorder, Attention deficit hyperactive disorder or else. A detailed history, physical examination with neurologist and supportive evaluation via audiometry and MRI brain as per the clinical judgment are best recommended here.
