General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You are suffering from spermatorrhea. It means involuntary ejaculation. It is usually not a disorder. It happens due to lack of sexual activity means lack of masturbation or sex for long. So there is likely excessive semen in seminal vesicles which comes out with minor pressure or excitation.

One can prevent this by involvement in regular sexual activity like masturbation or sex. It will make seminal vesicles somewhat empty and no spermatorrhea will be there.

If the above option is not feasible, clomipramine can help. This drug is used in the treatment of premature ejaculation. You can ask a doctor for a prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
