How Can Spider Bite Infection On The Testicle Be Treated?

I think I was bit by a spider on one of my testicles and now they re itchy and swollen. Also, my scrotum skin seems to be moving all around and I can see it moving? Is this normal? There s a tiny red pimple where I believe I was bitten. It looks like there s blood in it.

$ Local application of ice pack , Miconazole ( 1 % ) help in recovery
$ Benadryl tablet for itching issue

$ Wear loose , clean , cotton clothes
