How Can Spinal Crumbling With Consistent Pain Be Treated?

i had a mri scan on my lower back at first they said it could be a tumor but turned out to be crumbling spine im 5ft11 im in constent pain when i get up i hobble ans sometimes unable to walk to the front door is their anything that could help me im aslso a mum to a autistc boy
