How Can Spinal Fractures Causing Acute Pains Be Relieved?

I was in a car accident 15 years ago sustaining 15 fractures. The worst is L3-4 burst fracture in my spine. Had years of physical therapy including the last few months. Im not a candidate for surgery, i have no nerve involvement and i am in severe pain. Been to pain clinics who only offer physical therapy and anti depressants. Been to spine centers who only push MORE injections that dont help. I dont have a facet joint issue or swelling. Ive tried everything and after every doctor failed at helping me they push me back to my primary who says he doesnt make enough for me to keep asking him for help. He has no more to offer. I need some kind of pain relief!
