How Can Spinal Pain Be Treated?

I went to a urgent care doctor a week ago for back pain. The doctor gave me two shots, ibuprofen, and muscle relaxers for inflamed back muscles. Now that the muscles have relaxed and are not inflamed, now i have a pain in the spine (atleast it feels like the spine). who would be best to see for this?
