I have been suffering with many illnesses all my life. Now with spinal stenosis, bulging discs, sciatica, bursitis and osteoarthritis I cannot find a pain md in NH that will prescribe due to the opioid crisis. What about the patients that really need help?? I am ready to turn to street drugs at this point. I do not want to wake up in pain every single day without being able to sleep due to pain. I need help NOW before take my own life due to this. Is there a Doctor not afraid of getting sued out there that will listen and help?? Please

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I reviewed your query and here is advise.

At this point when no drugs can help you can use corticosteroids injections and hyaluronic acid injection in osteoarthritis joints.
Also consult a orthopaedic surgeon for herniated disc surgery.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
