General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Tennis elbow may be, as well as carpal tunnel syndrome. It happens when nerves are compressed at carpal tunnel due to inflammatory disease of ligaments and facies. Try to wash with gloves on, avoid very cold water and take Ibuprofen or Paracetamol for pain relief. If the symptoms get worsened contact your orthopedician.

All the best.
