How Can Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

70 yr old male, Spinal Stnosis- they want to do a Spinal Fusion..but it may take 1-2 surgeries and I don t think I want that or could go thru it.. Taking 10/325 Hydrocadones.. But Started getting Eppidural shots and they releived the pain for the ave of 3-4 mos and onyl take 1/4 tabs of hydrocadone as a upper to wake me up and for mild pain when I over do it..spend most of my day in a Office type chair at the Computer..or use my Electric Scooter..Keep taking the Eppidurals?
