How Can Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

I have spinal stenosis.. I have been treating it with stretch exercise strengthening abdomen and upper body, trigger point therapy. I walk and swim. Pain does not last for long, but after 2 weeks or so after adjustment to make sure I am aligned, the pain and tightness come back. I am thinking of getting a steroid shot.. Are there downsides? I am much better than 2 years ago, just get so bummed and annoyed when I feel pulling and nerve pain.

Steroid may not be the long-term solution and can cause loads of side effects. Rather, use a neurological analgesic like Pregabalin to reduce the pain and to exercise daily to a greater extent.
