How Can Squint Be Corrected In A 28-year-old?

I am 28 and have squint in my right eye with no vision any treatment to correct it cosmetically??
( when I close my left eye nd try to see from my right eye only a little light I can see at the right corner of the eye and that time eye behaving correct with no squint as i examine)
want to know if any surgery or treatment correct it cosmetically as I search on internet some surgeries and something like botox is recommend for related cases?

Hello,

Only PL is present. there is amblyopia. Refraction can be repeated. Chances of getting good vision is less.

Which type of squint is this. Then it can be examined so that exophoria can be identified.

Anyway surgery is not advisable as there is amblyopia. Botox is not recommended for your problem.
