How Can Squirrel Scratch On The Fingers Be Treated?

Hi I ve in monterrey california yesterday and fed the squirrels , they ate from hands and licked my fingers , I didn t get any serious bite but I have a few cuts on my fingers regardless.. do I have a reason to worry about getting rabies? Is it possible to get it that way?

If you are not having deep cuts or bleeding from scratches then no need to worry for rabies.
In fact no treatment is required for superficial scratches.
Apply moisturizer and avoid dryness of hands.
It will gradually heal by itself in 1 week.
