How Can Stiffness In The Ankle Be Treated?
Broken ankle/tibia and fibul + had surgery to fix it - 3 bolts. had splint for 2 weeks. Went back to get stitches out they gave me a air cast boot/walking. Boot. But I can t but any weight on it. So why did they give me one? Why did I not get a cast. And they want me to exercise the ankle? To prevent stiffness. But won t that move the bone. And break again. Please help!

can take second opinion from orthopaedic surgeon. plate and bolt be continued and check x-ray taken before removal and take opinion of orthopaedisurgeon for further advise.
