How Can Stiffness In The Neck And Breathlessness Be Treated?
I have had severe painful stiff neck. Cant turn head, Headache that makes me vomit and cant swallow, when I try and sleep i cant be flat. I need to sit up or lean forward or i cant breath. I had a 101 fever but it went away. I have used Ice and heat and motrin, but it has not helped, when i cant breath i panic, this makes everything tighten up and feel worse.

it appears to be cervical spondilosis and obstructive lung disorder. apply neck color and use hard bed and avoid pillow at bedime.apply analgesic ointment locally. consult pulmunologist and give treatment asper his advise
