On Saturday I had stiff neck on the left radiating up to my head. Some of this is common for me from tension, and poor neck and shoulder posture at work computer. I ussually can rub and massage it away. I was at several public events and my nose was dry inside (makes me paranoid about germs). Sunday I woke stiff and sore mostly in shoulders, neck, glutes and lower back. By afternoon I felt hot flashes, chills, irritable, foggy brain. By evening I had a low fever 99-101.5 I have stayed home from work. I have been resting, natural supliments, occasional aspirin, juice, water, neti-pot, saline spray, food... I have had no sore throat, sinus or respiratory mucus, and little cough. Many of my symptoms have reduced or gone, but low fever fluctuates, chills, hotflashes and soar neck on left side. I thought flu, but just wondering if something else ?
