How Can Stiffness In The Shoulder Be Treated?

I have had a frozen shoulder for some time It seems to be aggravated by using the mouse on my computer I woke up to find my hand numb and slightly swollen but oddly the bottom of my foot feels numb as does part of my upper lip. My speech is fine , my vision is fine I am not nauseous Could this be some kind of nerve damage that extends down the side of my body?
