How Can Stitch Marks On The Upper Arm Be Removed?

got a fall from roof,broken upper arm got operated and inserted support for right alignment of joint, having got 11 stitch at upper arm & 4 stitchs at upper shoulder for removal of aritficail support,now the stitch marks are visible please intimate is there any cream for removal of marks , age 24 yrs wt 45 kgs hieght 5.2 ft
