How Can Stomach Ache Along With Nausea And Fatigue Be Treated?

I am 41 yrs old and a female. I am diabetic, have fibromyalgia, high blood pressure and cholesterol. For the past month I have had high numbers and thought it was because I was sick. I have not been sick for about 2 weeks. Yeasterday I woke up with 387 bs so I didn’t eat until dinner. I ate a bowl of oatmeal and water throughout the day. Today bs 267 bs did not eat. I ate dinner. I was down to 157. I just checked and I am at 201.I have only ate dinner today. Fresh green beans, 8 pieces of shrimp, 1/2 cup of whole wheat rice. I have been experiencing bay stomach aches, nausea, heaviness, tiredness. Would you be able to tell me what is going on. I have no fever. My head also aches a little.

Hello,

I feel you are having gastritis or acid peptic reflux.

You need to follow some below tips:
1. Do not eat spicy food.
2. Take medicines for gastritis- Pantop, Omez or Rantac.
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea.
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis.
7. Do regular exercise, at least half an hour per day.
8. Learn meditation techniques.
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.
