hello im having lower crampy pains in my stomach and tenderness in my nipples im not pregnant have taken 2 test both negative per the doctor , whoever im on depo birth control for 11 years and i dont have menstrual cycles but the feeling im having are symptoms of a menstrual cycle been about 3 weeks now seem to come and go .
