How Can Stomach Infection Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea Be Treated?

I I have had a ecoli bacterial infection for 1 year being in the hospital in and out over it and have took so so so much to Abby and I got it and I m still on antibiotics is there any other solutions to getting rid of the bacterial infection it has some cause me to lose well over a hundred lb vomiting diarrhea it affected my whole intestines you have any idea on how to get rid of it?

Hello,

As per your history, as you have already started treatment, kindly do stool examination, complete hemogram. You can take tab. Ondensetron. Also Pantoprazole, electral powder, tab. Dicyclomine. Keep yourself hydrated.
