How Can Stomach Infection And Vomiting Be Treated?

I had a stomach bug and noticed these strange white pellets in my vomit. They re about an inch long and perfectly smooth and pill-shaped. They re gelatinous, firm but squishy like those rice gluten dumplings. I don t take any capsules. I was sick a month ago and saw them then as well. I have a myriad of health issues like diabetes and hypothyroidism, gallbladder removed and chronic stomach cramps during/immediately after eating, if that helps.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination drug twice a day for five days. For empty stomach you can take Paracetamol 2 times a day for five days, take Ofloxacycilin and Ornidazole combination twice a day for five days. Don't eat commercial products don't eat spicy and fried food. Don't eat Ice cream chocolate and pastries eat home made rice and khichdi. If not resolved then consult your physician.
