How Can Stomach Upset After Lovaza Intake Be Treated?

I need an omega 3 over the counter to control my triglycerities but I cannot take Lovaza because it makes my stomach upset to the point where I throw up, I am now taking Simvastatin 20 mg for my cholesterol and triglcerites but this medication is causing me memory loss, especially my short term memory. I read that one side affect for long term use of this medication is memory loss, omega 3 helps, but Lovaza upsets my stomach severely, what can I do?
