How Can Stomatitis With Nausea And Vomiting, Vertigo, Dizziness Be Treated?

My wife’ s MRI report says: There is diffuse affection of marrow involving the D9-D10 vertebrae , entire affection of D9and 2/3 of D10 vertebral bodies is noted , there is involvement of costo-tansverse attachment of D9-D10 vertebrae as well as neural arches noted.
There is bright signal with endplate irregularity involving the adjacent endplates of D9 & D10 vertebrae, a well-defined extra-dural soft tissue is noted at D9-D10 level causing compression of the dorsal cord, no changes of cord myelopathy is noted.
Post-contrast study reveals diffuse enhancement in the affected vertebral bodies, paraspinal soft tissues as well as neural arches. Enhancement of the posterior of the posterior spinal elements of D10 is also noted. Pre and paraspinal soft tissue affection is noted on either side of D9-D10 vertebrae.
A thin segment of lepto-meningeal enhancement is noted along the spinal cord in the lumber region. There is mild discal enhancement also noted at D9-D10.Rast of the cord is normal fron CV junction till the D8 level.
Mild L4-5 disc bulge is noted
Above feature are highly consistent with infective / inflammatory “ aetiology(Spinal osteomyelitis / Tubercular spondylodiscitis.)
My wife Taking 2 tablets of “ FORECOX ” since 15 days but highly suffering from side effects like: Nausea , vomiting, stomatitis, vertigo , weakness , dizziness ,
Please advise how to outcome from side effects.
