General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical condition that can cause pain in the joints.

One of the common causes can be rheumatoid arthritis.

I suggest to continue using Combiflam which is a anti inflammatory medication to treat the pain.

I also recommend to do some examinations such as blood tests, rheumatoid factor level and ERS level to confirm the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
