General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

No worries, sub-conjuctival hemorrhages go away by themselves in 7-10 days. For swelling & pain take Acetaminophen(Tylenol), one sos when pain. You an use Genticyn or Itone eye drop, 2-3 drops twice daily for relieve.

If you feel your vision is disturbed or you are having some other eye problem see an Eye specialist & get examined. Take plenty of sleep & stay away from stress & anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
