How Can Swelling And Bruising On The Feet Be Treated?

Hi, I dropped a heavy object on the top of my foot, I can t put any pressure on it or even touch the area of where I hit, I can t bend my toes either. It s throbbing and I ve taken pain killers but not helping at all. Slightly bruised and swollen. What should I do?

You can apply ice to the affected feet, to help relieve pain and swelling.
Keep the affected leg elevated
Take adequate test
Take Ibuprofen ( if not allergic ) for pain
Follow up with a primary care physician to get Xray done, to rule out fracture.
