How Can Swelling And Darkness On The Face Be Treated?

Sir i hve been derma rolled several times with 1.5mm roller by a expert but the results r not goodevn more bad now... When evr i use any medicated creams or cosmetic creams or face wash my face swells up and when i again rolled with the roller my face swells down.. My skin has become dark even uneven and very dry.. Plz help me out
