How Can Swelling And Infection Caused By Injury Be Treated?

I cut my foot on glass two weeks ago i went to the emergency room where they took x-rays and said there was no glass in my foot. I walk a lot at my job so it was getting swollen and hurting. Today it did the same thing got swollen and i was looking at it i pressed it and yellow pus came out does that mean its infected?

Hello,Thanks for writing here.It seems you are having infection.Take rest for one to two days.Keep your legs elevated.You need to take oral antiboitics and analgesics.Applying hot fomentation will also help in draining out pus.Hope this will help you.Take care.
