General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There is strong suspicious to be a condition as cellulitis of the lower limb.

It requires immediate attention with your PCP, hospital admission if severe clinically or home management if mild to moderate.

Currently keeping the leg elevated over 3-4 pillows with ice application will support nicely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
