How Can Swelling And Pain In The Vagina Be Treated?

I was prescribed Bactria for a cyst in my vaginal are that is large and extremely swollen.I want to know if Cephalexin will treat this just as well. I will be following up with OBGYN in a couple of days but it is extremely painful and I have difficulty walking sitting and standing.

information is confusing it can be infected bartholin gland lavaging can be done by antiseptic solution.get checked by gynechologistforexamination and recomandation of treatment.
