How Can Swelling And Pain Of Knee Be Treated?

Hello, I fell( forward rolled) during a bball game on the hardwood, all 185 lbs of me, my right leg roundhouse kicked someone else, they're okay, I rolled and used my momentum to quickly recover the hard fall and I continued playing at my normal rate, as the days went buy i started having this swollen-ness in the knee area, Sharp pain as I squat down(to pick something up) as the days went on the swelling went down( moderately visual swelling) pain subsided on its own, I rested for 2wks, now I'm bk playing which feels normal, except pain on the outside of my knee if I twist slightly at an angle, pain when I squat down, feels like the swelling is inside still but u can't c anything, can it be fluid? Tendonitis(nö previous record) or prior knee injury, I am a very intense and agile runner on the court........but I feel like there's something in my knee that isn't right, I'm thinking fluid build up after my recent fall,( days since fall- 3 1/2 weeks) any suggestions? Advice? Tips?
Thanks
