How Can Swelling And Stiffness In The Knees Be Treated?

I was running at the gym last week and my knee went weak. The next day I couldn t walk great. I hurt my back lifting weights about a month ago and that is on the same side as my knee. It is a little swollen, stiff and sometimes makes me limp. How do I heal it.

Take some antiinflamatories as Ibubrofen or advil. Keep some ice on it to reduce swallowing and try to rest as much as possible.
