How Can Swelling And Weakness In The Hand Be Treated?
I have a 69 years old mother who was attached by stroke in May this year. she goes through physio. we are trying to assist her stand, but her legs are unable to stand straight. how do we go about it?? she uses wheelchair but very much aspires to use walking aid. the stroke affected her left side of which the hand is still swollen and weak.
wait and continue the physio. nuerological damage takes times to heal up and there are chances of residual nuerological deficit. so my advise to you will be to continue the medications and physiotherapy. be an emotional support to her and encourage her with each improvement. i wish her rapid recovery
