How Can Swelling Around A Burn Wound Be Treated?
i have burnt my hand on Subday, its a 3 inch by 3 inch burn. i had taken a tetanus shot in march. i am applying silverex ionic cream. Do i need to do anything els? Should i clean my burn region everyday with betadin solution?? I have a slight swelling around the burnt area too.
