Hi,

Swelling in the pubic area is due to skin allergy. Take care of hygiene, do not scratch.

You can apply any cream containing antihistamines (Benadryl cream) in the affected area locally.

It will reduce inflammation, swelling & itchiness. No worries, it will go away. Wear loose-fitting clothes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
