How Can Swelling In The Testicles Be Treated?

last 2months back i underwent surgery for right side of hydrocele,in big vorporate hospital but till today swelling is not cured it is bigger than before the surgery scan is also taken both tesicals are normal but there is some fluids the doctor told me wait for some moretime. But iam facing some inconvinience i neef your suggestion.
