Hi,

Check out if you are in the hypothyroid or hyperthyroid state. Is it generalized swelling or nodular enlargement? Is it single nodule or multinodular or benign or malignant?

Use tablet Paracetamol for a headache. Avoid cabbage and cauliflower.

If symptoms not improved please consult your Endocrinologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
