Hello
It seems from the history that you are having a swelling of the eye following a injury. Since you are having pain on exposure to sun this indicates damage to the corneal epithelium in the form of corneal epithelial damage or traumatic iridocyclitis.
The treatment for swelling is in the form of anti-inflammatory drugs and cod compression.
The corneal epithelial damage or traumatic iridocyclitis require treatment by antibiotic eye drops and cycloplegic eye drops.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
