How Can Swelling On Eyelid Be Treated?

Hi

I have only one eyelid, on the rightside, which is swollen and drooping a little over my pupil; and it just appeared out of no where when I woke up in the morning. It's not red or itchy, but has a slight water leakage, not sure if it's from the tear duct or not. It has also now added a light puffyness to my cheek. I am only 23 yrs old, so I'm hoping I don't have a sagging problem.

Please help me

It is swollen and so is drooping.no redness or itching so allergy or bacterial infection is ruled out. Tear duct might have been obstructed. Punctum dilatation and syringing is to be done. Combiflam tablet can be taken for 3days.
