How Can Swelling On The Cheek And Bruised Eyes Be Treated?

My teammate and I collided into eachother last Thursday. I hit the back of her head with my cheek bone.. the next day my cheek was swollen and I had a black eye.. the black eye is still here now and I still have a bit of a headache.. should I still stop physical activity?

Yes, it would be best to discontinue your physical activity till the headache has resolved.

The presence of the black eye would not impact on your activity level but the headache should be monitored.
If it continues or worsens then you should be seen by your doctor, imaging may be needed.
