How Can Swelling On The Labia Be Treated?

I was hit by a car door on Sat and badly bruised my labia. It is black and blue and swollen and there is a quarter size that is hard. Doesn t hurt to pee or walk, only to sit directly on it, but is it ok to walk the dog 3x day for 20 min each? Also, I was going to walk to the T station (15 min away) to see my husband finish the boston marathon. Rest, or is this bit of walking ok? Also, should I be taking aspirin for swelling?

Swelling of labia may be due to hematoma. So avoid aspirin. Rest will relieve you of pain. I would suggest you to get checked up by gynecologist as often it requires incision and drainage.
