How Can Swelling On The Lips Be Treated?

Hi, I have pulled a bit of skin off my lip to which it swelled up a little within around 10 minutes , it has gradually gotten bigger as the day has gone on. I have used and ice pack, a warm compress, aloe Vera gel, but nothing seems to be taking the swelling down. Is there anything else I can do to take the swelling down? Many Thanks
