How Can Swollen Lymph Nodes Be Treated?

I have sjogren s syndrome. I have been taking mucinex the last several days for swollen salivary glands. I have twice as much energy and am requiring a third less sleep. Is there something of an amphetamine nature in the mucinex, or is it just making me feel that much better?

Hi,

Keep watch on her. No sharp object with patient. Ideally suicidal tendency patient should be admitted. Patient may be suffering from major depressive disorder. So depending upon severity admit her or keep close watch on her.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Padmsinha Sakhare, General & Family Physician
