How Can Symptoms Like Extreme Leg Pain After Dark And Screaming Upon Touch Be Managed In A Child After Experiencing A Category Five Hurricane?

My five year old daughter has just experienced a category five hurricane and now has developed symptoms of sundowner. She says her legs hurt to the point that she can t move. She screams when we try to pick her up and mover her to the bed. This starts as soon as it starts to get dark. During the day she is perfectly fine, running, jumping, playing, etc. She is also experiencing nightmares. What can we do?
