Respected Sir / Madam , I have VDRL Reactive (1:4) It is completely to Non Reactive Possible..? Which Madicene I Suggeted..? But One of The Doctor Told To Me It is not an Problem for you 1:4 like a Non reactive , No need to Warry about That. what is the solution...? And TPHA Test also Shown Positive in Test....?
TPHA once positive remains positive for ever even after complete treatment. Nothing to worry about its persistence. VDRL following treatment will come to nonreactive after few months to an year according to the duration of the disease. In some individuals in case of late syphilis (after two years) it may remain positive for life. That does not mean inadequate treatment. Penicillin is the drug of choice.

How Can Syphilis Be Treated?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
