How Can Tailbone Pain Due To Injury Be Treated?

Hi, I recently fell on the ground and landed on my tailbone. This was Saturday and I am still in a little pain. Iwas wondering if there was anything that I can do because I really don't have the funds to go to the doctor. Please help!!
