How Can Tenderness In The Nipples And Lower Backache Be Treated?

Hi, I am 27 and 334lb I have lost 15 in the last month. My health is not in the best it should be I have PCOS and I am pre Diabetic. I have been tracking my menstrual period for the last 3 years and I have my period every 40 days on the dot. I have missed my menstrual period. My breast and nipples is swollen and tender they are also warm to the touch as well. I also am having a white discharge and lower back pain. What should I do.
