General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I am sorry to have told you that an injury from 2014, with no improvement thereafter in mobility, is unlikely to show much of a positive change at this point.

At the same time, ensure he undergoes some physiotherapy and psychological therapy for the associated trauma.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan
