Hi,

You may be having increased mean corpuscular volume. It may be seen in vitamin B12 deficiency.

It is called megaloblastic anemia which may be associated with pancytopenia.

Please take vitamin B12 capsules and once again check your hemoglobin and vitamin B12 status.

If not improved, please get it done serum vitamin B12 levels or folic acid levels and Schilling test.

You are also having elevated total cholesterol levels, which is controlled through fat reduction by doing regular exercise.

Then consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
